Fraser McKain
Fraser is a professional gigging songwriter and musician who writes, records and performs primarily as the frontman of the Full Fat band. With Full Fat he has written and recorded multiple studio and live albums, an EP and most recently the singles “Lipstick” and “Black Kite” which have been very well received by fans. Fraser has been making music professionally for almost 10 years and in that time has played with artists such as Tom and the Brassholes, Ghost Riders, Band of Friends (Rory Gallagher) and Colonel Mustard and the Dijon 5. With Full Fat he has played many diverse gigs and highlights include headlining the O2 ABC in Glasgow, playing festivals such as Butefest and Belladrum and touring the UK and Germany.
Fraser is a Music teacher in high schools during the day and has over ten years of varied education experience teaching in colleges, high schools and private music tuition of both individuals and groups. Frasers main instruments are Guitar, Voice and Piano and he specialises in songwriting and performance.
He uses his calm and encouraging manner to help students feel at ease so that he can help identify their goals and step by step, achieve them.
